Community Involvement
At Savantage, we take corporate citizenship very seriously. In fact, giving back and supporting the communities we do business in is part of our corporate mission.
Just as we want to help our customers succeed, we also want to help our communities succeed. We believe that by working together, we can accomplish the extraordinary, by helping those in need, and laying the groundwork for a brighter future for generations. Our engagement in our communities primarily include charitable initiatives we support as corporate sponsors, and as well as many charitable outreach activities that are driven by active employee participation.
Employee driven charitable outreach activities are actively supported by Savantage. For example, our I-SAV (I- S=Serve, A=Act, V=Volunteer) program encourages employees to volunteer in their communities by matching paid time off hours one for one with volunteer hours up to 16 hours annually. In addition, funds raised by employees for charitable causes are often matched by the company.
