Independent Validation and Verification - To ensure that all the phases and defined requirements of the SDLC are met, Savantage Solutions performs an Independent Validation and Verification (IV & V) program that compares a project plan created by a third party against the execution of the project. We determine how far the project has drifted from the plan and create solutions that bring the project back in line with the SDLC.
Ad Hoc Reporting - A successful financial system not only captures data, but converts and appropriately distributes that data as business intelligence. Savantage consultants use their extensive corporate reporting experience to quickly understand your business requirements and design the most effective reporting package for your business. If the system does not have the reports needed by your organization, Savantage can implement ad hoc reporting using the necessary tools and infrastructure, and provide the reporting capabilities to extract, analyze, and distribute management information.
Training - Once the system is in place, training is critical to ensuring an organization harnesses the full potential of the system's benefits and power. A solution properly defined, designed and implemented becomes useless if training is not properly executed. Savantage incorporates the training requirements by the user groups and their skill sets, to design a training curriculum and the related training materials. Our trainers provide a custom training experience with their extensive knowledge of the system as well as business processes and goals.
Help Desk - Once the system is up and running and users have been fully-trained, Savantage continues to function in a support role on the Help Desk. Our involvement allows the company to focus on business with a minimum of operational glitches, and improves user acceptance of the new system through seamless and timely support.
