Delivery of the defined system implementation is a critical stage of the project, when the technical components of a solution must be unified and integrated. Project Management - Savantage's proven experience on multiple implementations ensures that the pre-defined implementation goals are met on time and within budget. As part of that role, we continuously analyze the mix of resources and add resources where needed.
Development and Integration - Savantage Solutions can custom-develop solutions to an organization's specific design. We have extensive knowledge of government-wide systems, including which interfaces must be used and other related requirements. In particular, we have extensive experience with Treasury systems. If there are legacy systems that integrate with the new solutions, our consultants can use their broad knowledge of applications to develop the interfaces for those systems.
Testing - Proper testing throughout the implementation minimizes surprises and their associated costs. We develop a testing plan to address the crucial stages of a system and analyze the strength of the system's software and hardware allowing for timely adjustments. FastForwardSM TM - Any business wants the speed and economy of a rapid implementation, but may not be comfortable with the limitations imposed on the organization by some consulting firms. A solid implementation may be hindered by a lack of in-house resources to complete additional or complicated steps or analyze key business processes.

11i Upgrades - Many businesses with constrained resources have put off an upgrade to the Oracle 11i E-Business Suite. However, the latest release of Oracle 11i provides a stable platform for a smooth transition, particularly for systems on Release 10.7. Oracle currently plans to de-support 10.7 in June 2003 allowing less than a year to migrate.
