Paytuit delivers complete agency-wide workforce data management. Paytuit uses an interface with the payroll system run by the National Finance Center (NFC), which is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Paytuit accepts the NFC payroll files, validates the data, and transforms it into meaningful mission-critical information for HR managers, program managers, financial managers, and payroll managers within a federal organization. Using the data it acquires, Paytuit delivers both summary and detail-level resource management information in an intuitive and meaningful format, including detailed labor force tracking and distribution data and payroll data.

Paytuit confirms the integrity of employee information and general ledger account classifications through a series of validation processes, and improves efficiencies by automating repetitive tasks such as the generation of payroll general journal entries. In pre-implementation tests, Paytuit has demonstrated data validation accuracy rates of over 99.5%, based on NFC files containing data for over 35,000 employees of a single agency.
