Lisa R. Kazor

President, Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Operational Officer

Lisa Kazor Lisa Kazor, owner and CEO of Savantage Solutions, has been the driving force behind the company's success. Ms. Kazor started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1988, where she attained the position of Business Assurance Manager and worked as a financial advisor in the high tech sector. Prior to joining Savantage, Ms. Kazor had worked in management positions in finance and accounting at a number of large, international private companies.

Ms. Kazor's early vision for Savantage was to become a full service information technology (IT) and business solutions provider and to compete for all aspects of federal IT business in full and open competition, not relying on its woman-owned, small business status. Since the beginning, she has believed in a 'customer always first' business philosophy, and has succeeded in building a strong and robust company that can deliver services and solutions for large enterprise projects to the government better and faster than her competitors in the market.

Outside of the company, Ms. Kazor is active in many professional organizations such as the Association for Government Accountants (AGA) and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC). In her community, she supports education and education related initiatives.

Ms Kazor has been recognized repeatedly for her visionary leadership and entrepreneurship by the business and technology community - she was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2004, 2006 and 2007, as well as one of only three finalists for the 2007 Maryland's Tech Council's Executive of the Year Award. Under her leadership, Savantage's track record and stellar reputation has led to formidable growth and success. Savantage was named a finalist in Maryland Chamber of Commerce's Small Business of the Year award in 2007, has been named a Deloitte Fast 50 Technology company for the state of Maryland for the last 4 years in a row, and has twice won the Maryland Performance Excellence Award (MPEA) bronze award.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, and holds her certificate as a Certified Public Accountant.


 

Kelly Moore

Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Kelly Moore Kelly Moore manages Savantage's business operations, including all financial, accounting, contractual and regulatory/compliance functions. A results-oriented leader with over ten years of progressive, technical experience in system development, implementation and daily operations, Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with in-depth expertise in financial system development, integration and project management.

Kelly has led global implementation teams of Oracle applications for several multinational companies. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University. She started her career as an auditor in Pricewaterhousecoopers' (PWC) Business Assurance Services practice. Before joining Savantage, Kelly also worked for TeleGlobe, Iridium and Global One.


 

Ayesha Rahman

Senior Vice President

Ayesha Rahman Ayesha Rahman is responsible for expanding the Company's presence in the government sector by establishing sales channels and partnership programs. She is actively involved in formulating and executing corporate development strategy for the company's sales and marketing initiatives.

She was responsible for project management and product marketing for Savantage from 1996 to 2000, and rejoined the company in 2002 after completing her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School. Ayesha began her professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1993, where she joined the Business Assurance Practice in the high tech sector. She led Savantage's full Joint Financial Management Improvement Program (JFMIP), now the Financial Systems Integration Office (FSIO), certification testing efforts for its Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) suite of fully integrated federal financial management applications successfully in both 1999 and 2003, and is one of the most knowledgeable federal financial system experts in the industry.

A Certified Public Accountant, Ayesha earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Virginia, and her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Wharton Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Marketing.


 

LeAnn Corcoran

Senior Vice President

LeAnn Corcoran LeAnn Corcoran plays a critical role in the operations of existing accounts, as well as in new company-wide business initiatives and business development.

LeAnn has more than ten years experience in enterprise system development, implementation, integration and management. Since joining Savantage in 1997, she has held various positions, most recently Project Director for the Department of Homeland Security contract. As the Project Director for the DHS project, LeAnn is responsible for managing day to day operations of a project team of over fifty consultants. Prior to Savantage, LeAnn worked for Oracle Corporation in the government sector. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).


 

Wei Gu

Chief Technology Officer

Wei Gu Wei Gu is responsible for managing Savantage's Research and Development (R&D) functions, developing products to meet market requirements and maximizing the company's current and future business plans.

Wei has over twenty years experience in software development, implementation, integration and management. Since joining Savantage in 1998, Wei has led the integration and implementation of several federal business systems to Altimate™ (formerly called FFMS), Savantage's Joint Financial Management Improvement Program (JFMIP), now Financial Systems Integration Office (FSIO), certified suite of financial management applications. Prior to Savantage, he worked for GSE Systems as a product manager leading the ELEGANT (a part of the SimSuite product that GSE created) product development. As a System Engineer at 3S Technologies, he developed and integrated models for nuclear training facilities using advanced technology and programming methods.

Wei earned his Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.
