Government Services Administration (GSA) Vehicles

GSA IT-70
Through this multiple award schedule, Savantage provides the
full range of Information Technology (IT) services, products, and solutions to
assist federal agencies in their IT missions.

GSA MOBIS
The MOBIS contract qualifies Savantage to offer a full range
of management and consulting services to federal agencies.

GSA FABS
The FABS Schedule qualifies Savantage to offer a full range of financial
management services worldwide to federal agencies.
Agency-Specific Vehicles IDIQs & BPAs

Financial Systems Modernization Project Support Services
Issuing Agency: Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Under this BPA, Savantage provides services to improve and
enhance financial processes and systems, Financial Systems
Modernization Project (FSMP) support services,
enterprise architecture services, and
other advisory and assistance services.

Improper Payments Information Act of 2002 (IPIA) BPA
Issuing Agency: Department of Labor (DOL)
Under this BPA, Savantage provides support to DOL to meet IPIA
compliance. Services include performing risk assessments, corrective action
plans, and detailed results reports.
•
Program Management Support Services-2 (PMSS2)
Issuing Agency: U.S. Army
The PMSS2 contract qualifies Savantage to provide
program management support services to the Program Executive Office -
Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS) in all nine of PEO-EIS functional
areas.

Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)
Issuing Agency: Department of Defense (DoD)
Contract vehicles under DFAS:
a. Transformation Solutions 1 (Savantage is a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton)
b. BRAC or MIC Transformation (Savantage is part of a Contractor Teaming Arrangement in which Booz Allen Hamilton is the Team Leader)
c. DFISS-III (Savantage is a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton)
Under these DFAS contract vehicles, Savantage provides full service information technology and automated processing services and solutions to certain DoD organizations. Services include professional training, systems operation support, and more.

Defense Systems Integration, Design, Development, Operations and Management Services (D-SIDDOMS)
Issuing Agency: Department of Defense (DoD)
For D/SIDDOMS-III, Savantage is a subcontractor to
Evolvent Technologies, Inc.
The Evolvent team supports the DoD's Military
Health System (MHS) through services such as system integration and operation,
software design and development, data management and warehousing. The team also
supports the development of information technology services.

Cross Agency Support Services (CASS) Thought Leadership
Issuing Agency: Department of Defense (DoD)
For BTA CASS, Savantage is a subcontractor to
Booz Allen and Hamilton (BAH).
The Booz Allen Hamilton team
supports the DoD
Business Transformation Agency (BTA) by providing a full range of consulting
services to support BTA directorates and program/project/product offices.
