I-SAV Program: I-S=Serve, A=Act, V=Volunteer
Through our I-SAV Program, we promote, recognize and reward an employee’s individual initiative to participate in volunteer work within his or her own communities. This program matches paid time off hours, one for one, for up to 16 hours of volunteer work annually. Giving back to our communities and making a difference is part of Savantage’s mission.
Flexible Work Arrangements
Savantage understands that employees lead a variety of lifestyles; therefore, we encourage flexible work arrangements when possible, allowing employees to maintain a healthy balance between their professional responsibilities and personal lives. Flexible work arrangements can include modified work hours, reduced or compressed work weeks, and work from home hours. Flexible work arrangements are designed to allow the employee the flexibility they need, yet still meet the full needs of our clients.
